Parking and Camping for the Rope N Run
The infield at Heritage Park is very wet and soft. All parking/camping and penning will be on the race track. Please stay to the rail so other trailers can get by. Only those hauling for the day will be parking on the back parking lot and those who have hook ups. There is absolutely no overnight tying or penning of horses anywhere on the back parking including the electrical hook up area.
If you are penning or tying to your trailers please be sure to cleanup all hay and manure before you leave. Please do not throw it under the fence as that makes it very hard to clean up.
If you do park in the infield, stay on the gravel areas. You will be parking at your own risk and Heritage Park will not allow their equipment to pull you out so you will need to call a tow.
If we all stick to these simple requests, we will all have a great time and the cleanup for the volunteers will be at a minimum.
